Delete your IELTS HACKER account
IELTS HACKER (ieltshacker.com and the IELTS HACKER Android app) lets you delete your account and all its data at any time.
In the app (instant)
- Open IELTS HACKER and sign in.
- Tap Me at the bottom (on a computer, it's in the left menu).
- Tap Delete my account, then confirm.
By email (if you can't sign in)
Email ieltshacker.official@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my IELTS HACKER account”. We delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.
What gets deleted
Your account (name, email, WhatsApp number, profile picture, user ID) and all your progress: completed days, quiz scores, streaks, target band and test date. We keep only an anonymous note with no name, email, number or picture (the dates, your target band, days completed and quiz average) so we can count how many learners leave. Progress saved on a phone without an account can be removed in the app with Me → Start over.
