IELTS HACKER refunds
Applies to IELTS HACKER PRO and test packs bought on ieltshacker.com. Last updated 02 November 2026.
The short version
If we can't switch on what you paid for, or you paid by mistake, you get your money back. If you change your mind, ask within 3 days and before you've used more than 2 tests.
You get a full refund if
- you paid, but we couldn't confirm your payment or switch on your plan within 3 days;
- you paid twice for the same thing, or paid more than the price (we refund the extra amount);
- IELTS HACKER PRO: you ask within 3 days of it being switched on, and you've used 2 tests or fewer since then;
- 10 tests: you ask within 7 days of them being added, and you haven't used any of them.
When a refund isn't possible
- after the times above, or once more tests have been used: the rest of a plan or pack isn't refunded;
- plans switched on free with a coupon (there's nothing to refund);
- accounts paused or closed for breaking the terms, for example sharing an account;
- a band score you didn't expect: AI bands are practice estimates.
If something goes wrong on our side
If a problem on our side stops IELTS HACKER PRO from working for more than a day, tell us and we add the lost days to your plan, or refund them if you prefer.
How to ask for a refund
- Message us at ieltshacker.official@gmail.com or WhatsApp.
- Include the email of your IELTS HACKER account, the bKash number you paid from and the Transaction ID (TrxID).
- We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds are sent back to the same bKash number within 7 working days, and the plan or tests are removed from your account.
