IELTS HACKER terms

The short version

IELTS HACKER helps you prepare for IELTS with lessons, mock tests and AI feedback. AI bands are estimates, not official results. Paid plans give you more tests; you pay by bKash and we switch them on after checking your payment. Please don't share your account or copy our content.

Who we are

IELTS HACKER ("we", "us") runs ieltshacker.com and the IELTS HACKER Android app from Bangladesh. IELTS is a registered trademark of the University of Cambridge, the British Council and IDP Education. IELTS HACKER is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any of them.

Your account

• Give your real name and an email address you can use. Keep your password private.
• One account is for one person. Sharing an account, or a paid plan, with other people is not allowed.
• You can delete your account at any time in Me → Delete my account (see the privacy policy).

Plans and tests

• Free: 7 tests a week.
• IELTS HACKER PRO: 7 tests a day, for 30 days (1 month) or 90 days (3 months) from the moment it is switched on.
• 10 tests: 10 extra tests that you can use any time after your plan's own tests are used up. They don't expire while IELTS HACKER runs.
• A test is counted when it opens: a full test, one part, one Writing task or a Speaking test (Real test or Practice mode), and each AI marking of a Writing answer or a Speaking practice recording. You don't have to finish it.
• Going back into a saved test you haven't finished is not counted again. After you finish and get your score, taking the same test again counts as a new test. If an AI marking fails and gives no score, trying again is not counted again.
• Weekly tests restart every Monday at 6 AM, and daily tests every day at 6 AM (Bangladesh time). Unused tests from a week or a day don't carry over.
• To keep the service fair for everyone, AI marking also has a hidden daily safety limit. Normal use never reaches it.

AI bands and feedback

Writing and Speaking bands are estimated by AI from the public IELTS band descriptors. They are practice estimates, not official IELTS results, and may differ from the band you get in the real test. We don't promise any band score.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Bangladeshi taka (৳) and are shown on the plans page before you pay.
• Pay with bKash Send Money to the number shown on the plans page, then send us your bKash number and Transaction ID (TrxID) on that page. We check every payment by hand and switch your plan on, usually within 24 hours.
• If we change a price, it doesn't change a plan you have already paid for.
• Coupon codes can be used once per account, only for IELTS HACKER PRO, and can't be exchanged for money. We can end a coupon at any time.

Fair use

Please don't:

• copy, download, record, resell or republish our lessons, tests, videos or model answers;
• use bots, scripts or other automated tools on the app or the AI examiners, or try to get around the test limits;
• upload anything illegal, abusive or that isn't your own work for marking.

If an account breaks these terms, we may pause or close it. A paid plan on an account closed for misuse is not refunded.

Our content

The lessons, slides, tests, audio, videos, model answers and the IELTS HACKER name and logo belong to IELTS HACKER. Your answers and recordings stay yours; you let us process them only to mark them and run the service, as the privacy policy explains.

The service

We work hard to keep IELTS HACKER running and accurate, but it is provided as it is: parts of it, especially AI marking, may sometimes be slow or unavailable, and we may improve, change or remove features. If a long problem on our side stops PRO from working, we add the lost days to your plan or refund them (see the refund policy). As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any indirect loss, such as a test result or a missed deadline.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Important changes will be shown in the app. Using IELTS HACKER after a change means you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
